BY MICHAEL CLARKE(copyright The Times 19/03/99) Waterfall Holdings firmed 2p to 61�p after confirming reports in The Times that it wants to talk to rival European Leisure, unchanged at 92�p, about a merger of the two companies, with Waterfall's management taking the lead in the combined entity. This would scupper European's recently announced merger with Allied Leisure.
